Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev met in Tokyo with Japan’s Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba as part of his visit to Japan. Rumen Radev and Shigeru Ishiba signed a joint declaration on elevating bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Japan to the level of a strategic partnership.
